How are my payments processed?

We've teamed up with Seal Subscriptions to process your payments seamlessly and securely. Whether you've chosen a monthly or bi-weekly plan, Seal Subscriptions takes care of the billing cycle, starting from the date of your first purchase.

For example, if your subscription begins on the 10th, Seal Subscriptions will ensure your payment is automatically processed on the 10th of each subsequent month, or every two weeks for bi-weekly plans.

If you wish to change your monthly or bi-weekly payment date, you can do so at anytime by emailing us at support@apolloherts.com.

When does my subscription renew?

Monthly Subscriptions: If you have chosen a monthly subscription, we'll renew your subscription on the same numerical date each month as the date you initially subscribed. For example, if you subscribed on the 10th of January, your subscription will renew on the 10th of February.

Biweekly Subscriptions: For a biweekly subscription, we'll renew your subscription exactly two weeks from the initial payment date. If you started your subscription on a Tuesday, the renewal would be on the Tuesday two weeks later.

Where do I set or change my delivery/collection date, time and address?

Your initial Apollo subscription flowers will be dispatched according to the date, timeslot and address you set on the cart and checkout page. All subsequent subscription deliveries will mirror this initial delivery information, relative to monthly and bi-weekly frequencies.

For example, if you choose to collect your flowers in the morning, on the 12th of January, your next flowers will be ready to collect on the 12th of February, at the exact same timeslot.

Should you need to adjust future delivery dates, times or addresses just ping us at support@apolloherts.com, and we'll update your preferences.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You are able to cancel your subscriptions in the customer portal, which can be accessed via the link you receive in each subscription email.

Please note, you can only cancel your subscription after a minimum commitment of 3 months.

Where can I access the customer portal?

You can easily access the customer portal through the subscription confirmation email we send you. Just look for the "Manage Subscription" button in the email, and clicking on it will take you directly to the portal. Here you can view and managing all aspects of your subscription conveniently.
