At Apolloherts, we are committed to delivering fresh, beautiful floral arrangements and understand the importance of every flower purchase. Given the perishable nature of our products, we maintain a 'no returns' policy for all our flowers and arrangements for both the safety and satisfaction of our customers.
No Returns on Perishable Goods: Due to the delicate and perishable nature of flowers, all sales at Apolloherts are final. We do not accept returns on any floral arrangements once they leave our premises, as returning such items could compromise the quality and freshness of our stock.
Quality Guarantee: While we do not accept returns, we stand by the quality of our blooms. If your flowers do not arrive in satisfactory condition, please contact us at support@apolloherts.com within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will assess each case individually to offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or a credit for future purchase.
