Cancellation policy
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions at Apolloherts auto-renew according to the delivery frequency chosen—either monthly or bi-weekly. The auto-charge will occur one month from the initial payment date for monthly subscriptions or every two weeks for bi-weekly subscriptions.
Delivery Schedule: The initial delivery date, timeslot and address are based on the information provided at the cart and checkout page. Subsequent deliveries follow the same schedule, subject to availability and delivery capacity.
Modifications: Subscribers may change their payment renewal date, delivery date, timeslot, and address by contacting Apolloherts via email at support@apolloherts.com. These requests must be made sufficiently in advance of the next scheduled delivery. Specific details can also be edited through the customer portal.
Cancellations: Subscribers have the ability to cancel their subscription anytime after a minimum commitment of 3 months. This is a minimum of 6 billing cycles for bi-weekly subscribers and 3 billing cycles for monthly subscribers. You can manage your subscription through the link found in the subscription confirmation emails, which directs users to the Apollo Subscription customer portal.
